1 Cup - Canned or leftover sweet potato MASHED - (NO skin)
1-3/4 Cup - Flour
1 Egg - Beaten
2 Tbls - Peas (optional)
Stir ALL ingredients together in large bowl, until dough forms. Roll dough into small balls & place on greased cookie sheet. Press to form bisucuits about 1/4" thick. Bake @ 350 degrees until golden brown.
