Poultry & Cheese Treats

  • 2 Cups Turkey or chicken leftovers - (ground or chopped very fine - NO skin or Bones)
  • 2 Tbls grated cheese
  • 2 Tbls peas (optional)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Wheat Flour (use non-wheat flour if allergies - not sure how it will work, though)
  • 2 Tbls Brewer's Yeast (optional)
  • 2 Tbls Vegetable Oil

Combine poultry, cheese & peas and mix well. In separate bowl, beat the Eggs and then pour over the poultry mixture. Add the flour, yeast & oil; stirring until thoroughly mixed. Drop small dollops onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake @ 350 degree F oven. Bake until treats are firm and browned; approximately 20 minutes.
