Poultry & Carrot Cookies

  • 2 Lbs. Turkey or chicken leftovers - (ground or chopped very fine - NO skin or Bones)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups cooked Rice
  • 8 oz. Peas
  • 3 Carrots - Shredded
  • 1 Apple - diced
Combine ALL ingredients and mix well. Drop batter into small, round biscuits or form larger squares you can break up. You can even use cookie cutters for special shapes :-)

Bake @ 375 degrees F for approximately 45 minutes. Cool fully before serving.
