Peanut Butter & Pumpkin Treats

  • 1 - 15 oz. can of Pumpkin Puree (NOT pie filling)
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup - Oats
  • 3 Cups - Flour
  • 3 Tbls - Peanut Butter
Stir together the Flour & Oats. Whisk the eggs, pumpkin & PB in separate bowl. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until combined & doughy. Pour dough onto floured surface and roll out to 1/2 thickness & use cookie cutters to form dough. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
